C.P. Ohman

C.P. Ohman died peacefully on the 2nd of June at Athens Place on Keith Lane. At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by family and departed with the same strength and humility that he had lived his life.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Judie N. Ohman, and his sister Ann M. Golden.

He is survived by his son, Klas Ohman, daughter-in-law Julie A. Ohman, two granddaughters, Kelsey and Corinne, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He left a lasting legacy of friendship, fellowship and service to all those around him, most especially to his family and generations of Boy Scouts.

I worked with CP in the early 80s. What a great role model he was for a lot of young men and women. He always talked about tAking Klas sailing on the weekends. I had a chance to visit him at Athens place a couple of times. He was truly a great American. He will be missed and I am saddened by your loss. God speed CP.
