Shirley Ann McNeese Lyon, 73, went to be with the Lord on April 10, 2020 at her home in Johnson City, TN.
She was born in Johnson City on July 12, 1946. She is preceded in death by parents Henry and Mabel Stout McNeese, stepmother Jessie Greene McNeese, children Vickie Marie Looney, Ivan Cicero Looney Jr, siblings Sarah Greene, Pat Hutcheson, Sandra Kay Scalf, Bill McNeese, James "Bo" McNeese and beloved nephew Jerry Wayne Sauls.
She is survived by her son Kenneth McNeese, siblings Brenda Booth, Judy and Corbett Johnson, Bobby and Mattie Greene, Henry and Karen McNeese, Effie Shupe, Eddie Hutcheson, four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a most loving and caring extended family.
Graveside services will be conducted at Fairview Cemetery.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know your loss is great and only knowing she is with her Lord now can only help to relieve the pain.
