I’ve known Joe since I was a little girl. Joe and Nancy lived in front of us when they lived in Kingsport. I went to church with Joe at Herman. He was a good friend and mentor. What a special person he was to all of us. He’s now in his heavenly home with Jesus. No more pain or sorrow for him. Thank you Joe for being in my life. I will always think of you and love you. Special thanks to my friend Marty Conley for all you done for Joe. ❤️
