Mr. Robert “Mickey” Dyer, age 76, Telford, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center. Mickey was welcomed into Heaven by his parents Jack & Margaret Dyer, grandson, Samuel Amburgey, his siblings, Peggy, Bill, Connie and Evelyn, precious friends, Muffy McCracken, Tom Carroway and Tuff Sliger.
He will be greatly missed his wife, Jessie Mae, son, Robbie, daughter and son-in-law, Roxie & Clayton Amburgey, Andi McKinney, who was like a second daughter; grandchildren, Matthew Dyer, Cora and Thomas Amburgey; sister, Shirley and Rabbit Cutshaw; half-brother and sisters, Kenneth, Ricky, Terry, Conry, Jackie, Roger, Lois, Rita and Dale; special nieces, Debbie, Vickie, Karen & Teresa; and many other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:30 pm Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at New Victory Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ricky and Wayne Cutshaw, Richard and Tony Tilson, Ricky Ledford, Joey Malone, Justin Jennings and Hunter Carr.
