I only knew Garner for a short time however he impacted my life and approach to life. A dedicated security minded man with honor and respect. It reminds me of Vince Lombardi and a quote that he is famous for: "The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand." I pray to good lord that Garner is in a better place sitting at the right hand of Jesus, and I am thankful for having met and worked with Garner. I truly am a better man for having known him. He will be missed.
