Mrs. Marie Lewis Orcutt, age 81, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday August 22, 2019 at her residence.
Mrs. Orcutt was a native of Rockland, Maine, and the daughter of the late Theodore and Maude Beaton Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband Dr. Ronald H. Orcutt and her brother Stevie Lewis.
She was a member of Frist Baptist Church of Erwin, Tennessee.
Survivors include her children, Michael Orcutt, Margaret Fletcher and husband Wayne, and Matthew Orcutt and wife Angela, daughter-in-law Sherry Orcutt; grandchildren, Joseph Day, Benjamin Hobbs, Nicholas Orcutt, Christopher Orcutt, Andrew Orcutt, and Matthew Fletcher; great grandchildren, Isaiah Day, Mya Day, and Roman Orcutt; one brother, Teddy Lewis, and one sister, Brenda Ott, a very special companion, her dog Sasha, and several nieces and nephews.

I was very saddened at seeing that Marie had
passed away. She and I worked together at the FBC
Day Care. She and I came to be very good friends.
Even though we didn't see each other through the
years, the times we did make contact, were very
special. My condolences to all.

I am so sorry to hear of Marie's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. She was such a wonderful person. I knew her through my dear friend and colleague, her husband, Dr. Ronald Orcutt, who she most dearly loved. Know her family and especially Sasha will miss her so very much.
