Laura Woodside Shelton, age 59, Burnett, Texas, born May 21, 1960 passed away peacefully on August 20, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Woodside and Nancy Woodside Mangus; her husband, James R Shelton Sr; her sister, Tara Jones; her daughter, Elizabeth Nigrelli; and a grand-daughter, Adriana Gladson.

She was a cake decorator for 25+ years and a trained Water Safety Instructor.

Surviving include daughters, Jenifer Henley (Glenn); Shannon Rose (Fraser); sons, James R Shelton Jr (Terri); and Jackie Shelton (Leesa); grandchildren, Natalie Grace Nigrelli, Steven Gillenwater, Mackenzie Henley, Timmy Shelton, Jared Shelton, Kyle Shelton, James Thomas Shelton, and Jacob Shelton; brothers and sisters, Julie Jonas, Cleveland, OH, William Clemons Huntsville, AL, and Nathanael Clemons, Huntsville, AL; along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, August 30, 2019 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home, Jonesborough, with Pastor Ronnie Owens officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
