Ms. Jaime Joanna Markland, age 42, Johnson City, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 at her residence.
Ms. Markland was born in Washington County and the daughter of Patsy Calhoun Markland, Johnson City and the late James Markland. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Danny Markland.
She enjoyed hiking, horseback riding, drag-racing and fishing.
In addition to her mother, survivors include one son, Sidney Archer; two grandchildren, Sidney Elaine Archer and Dallas Wesley Archer; brothers and sister, Christina Righi, Vince Murphy, Audie Murphy and James Markland.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Friday, April 5, 2019 at Monte Vista Burial Park with Pastor John H. Moore officiating.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Jaime&I were good
friends in school. We lost touch after high
school but I will always cherish the friendship we
had. My thoughts and bnb prayers are with the
