Mrs. Margaret Biby, age 71, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Biby was born in Burnsville, NC and daughter of the late Perry Lee Tilley & Anne Lee McFalls. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Earl Biby.
Survivors include one daughter, Sherri Grindstaff, two step children, LeAnne Phalen (Tim) and Charlie Biby; grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Sophia, Chris, Drew, and Kylee; brother, Richard Tilley; and special friend, Vickie Groban.
It was Mrs. Biby wishes not to have services.
