Mrs. Jacqueline Marie Church, age 69, Erwin, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Franklin Woods Community Hospital.
Mrs. Church was born in Washington D.C. and the daughter of the late Ralph Thompson & Elenore Mae Ream Hartline. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Ogburn.
She loved music, dancing and movies. She also enjoyed decorating cakes and crocheting.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Vincent Joseph & Tracy Haigh, Ormond Beach, FL; two daughters, Tracey Yvonne Burton (Dale Condon), Gray and Robin Lee Haigh (Jeremiah "Willy" Black), Erwin; ten grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley, Angela, Ashley, Alan, Joshua, Makayla, Jakob, Alison and Corey; six great-grandchildren; and life-partner, Ricky Warta, Erwin.
The family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ASPCA or COPD foundations.
