Mr. Howard “Midget” Cloyd, age 70, Telford, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Cloyd was born in Washington County, TN and the son of the late Antionette Woodruff. He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Jane Johnson, Betty Keys and Geraldine Cloyd, and two brothers, Roy Cloyd and Shelby Cloyd, Jr.
He was a member of New Victory United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Benfield Cloyd, Telford; four children, Angel Crowson, Dale Cloyd, Ronnie Cloyd and Midge Silvers; grandchildren, Joshua Knight, Cicada Silvers, Seaira Cloyd, Johnathan Silvers and Joseph Silvers; two brothers, Roger Cloyd and Bob Keplinger; and one sister, Louise Sliger; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at New Victory United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeremy Dykes officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 Thursday prior to the service. Friends may come by the church to view from 1:00 pm until service time. Interment services will follow at New Victory United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Pete Ferguson, Tom Keplinger, Dennis Keplinger, Clyde Ayers, Randy Silvers and John Moore.
