Mr. Roby Strickland, age 82, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Strickland was born in Beech Mountain, NC and the son of the late Andrew L. & Alice Mitchell Strickland. He was also preceded in death by two sisters.
Mr. Strickland was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Carol J. Adams Strickland; daughter, Sherry Allen (Chris); two sons Steve Strickland (Debbie) and Scott Strickland (Julie Gratton); grandchildren, Savannah Shields, Ian Gratton; great grandchild, Lily Strickland: brother, Claude Strickland (Madeline); and several nephews and nieces.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday, August 28th at Eden Cemetery with Pastor Donald Page officiating.
