Five years have passed since we lost you, but I still feel like you were just here having a jam session next to me. Every time you'd play, I swear the world melted away, and that moment was the only thing that mattered. You were always the kindest one in the room. You knew how to show a level of comfort and understanding that most people never will. And others couldn't help but flock to you because the energy you gave off felt like home. At your graveside, they said you'd paint us a beautiful sky that night. Now I see you in every star. Not a day goes by that I don't miss you. You took a piece of me with you when you left. And if I could, I'd gladly give my life to see you for just another second. I love you, Kenny. Always

Kenny we didn’t talk much once we got to Crockett but I will never forget the memories from Lamar. This seems so unreal and I’m sending prayers for your family. Thank you for being such a beautiful soul! You will be playing in that great band at the pearly gates. You will not be forgotten!

We are so very sorry for your loss. We look forward to the fulfillment of every detail of God’s promise in Revelation 21:4, which says: “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Our tears will be tears of joy as we embrace our loved ones again. (John 5:28, 29) What a wonderful time that will be!
