Mr. Carlton Hughes Oakley, II, age 43, Unicoi, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Oakley was born in Reedsville, NC and the son of the late Carl Oakley, Sr. & Edna Strawser Oakley.
Survivors include his wife, Holly L. Mackenn Oakley, Unicoi; step-children, Brett Davidson, Angel Benson and Sabrina Franklin (Dalton); step-mother, Phyllis Oakley; grandson, Dalton Franklin, Jr.; and five sisters.
