Mr. Jerry Wayne Ball, age 67, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Ball was born in Washington County, son of the late Theodore and Beatrice Rice Ball.
He was an independent truck driver, and he was of the Baptist faith.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Vickie Montgomery Ball, Jonesborough, two daughters, Denette Ball, Jonesborough and Shannon Haggerty, husband Dan, Fort Worth, Texas, one grandson Jerry Dale Carden, one brother, Darel Ball and wife Donna, two sisters, Jane Brackens, and Linda Banner, husband Marvin, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services for Mr. Ball will be held Monday at 1 pm at Washington County Memory Gardens, with a visitation from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's Research Center, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105
