Mrs. Mary Ann Hodges McLaughlin, age 73, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. McLaughlin was born in Banner Elk, NC and the daughter of the late Fred L. & Roberta Hughes Hodges. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kyle McLaughlin, Jr., a son, Michael Shane McLaughlin, brother, Jerry Hodges and sisters, Kay Connell and Sue Whitaker.
She was a member of Chestnut Grove Union Church.
Mrs. McLaughlin retired from the Johnson City Medical Center as a Secretary in ICU Department.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Kyle William (Bill) & Sherry McLaughlin; grandson, Gavin Shane McLaughlin; granddaughter, Amy Dixon; sister and brother-in-law, Rita & Eddie Davis; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Freddy & Cathy Hodges and Kenny & Ann Hodges; special friend, Roy Arrowood; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 pm Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Gaskin officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm Saturday prior to the service.
