Mrs. Joyce Kinley, age 71, Jonesborough, went home to be with her Lord, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Four Oaks Health Care Center.
Mrs. Kinley was born in Washington County and is the daughter of the late Chester Lee & Marjorie Jane Rogers Sliger. She was also preceded in death by Daryl Culver, a sister, Brenda Kyker and brother, Bill Sliger.
She was a member of New Victory Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Kinley, Jonesborough; daughter and son-in-law, Susan & Michael Clark; granddaughters, Chasity Gobble (Eric Raines), Madison Holder and Kennedy Holder; great-grandson, Gabriel Raines; brothers and sisters, Linda Collins (Ted), Jane Cloyd, W.C. Sliger (Lib) and Arthur Sliger (Lydia); and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Knight officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday prior to the service.
Interment services will be conducted 2:30 pm Friday, March 30, 2018 at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
