Mr. Billy J. “Bill” Browning, age 68, Telford, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Browning was born in Washington County and son of the late Clyde & Dora Burleson Browning. He was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
He was of the Methodist faith.
Mr. Browning was a Boiler Operator for Mullins Flooring.
Survivors include a special friend, Jean Blankenship, of the home; three sisters, Gaynell McGee, Telford, Wanda Holland and Joyce Swatazell, both of Greeneville; one brother, Dale Browning, Johnson City; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Dykes officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday prior to the service.
Interment services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Mt. Wesley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Brown, Wallace Hylton, Brandon Hill, Mickey James, Eric James and Darrell Beals.
