Mrs. Roxie Louise Human, age 93, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Holston Valley Hospital.
Mrs. Human was born in Greene County and daughter of the late Sidney C. & Carrie Ileana Seaton Southerland. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Powell.
Survivors include four daughters, Phyllis Cash, Jan Beale, Joyce Martin and Doris Galyon.
