So sad to hear of the passing of your mother. She was a
wonderful person/boss and friend. Will miss her greatly. Love
and Condolences to all.
I had the pleasure of working with Gail at JCPenney. She was
the sweetest, kindest, hardest working lady I had ever worked
with. Her bubbly, upbeat attitude was refreshing, and her
smile was genuine. She taught me a lot about the shoe
business, about JCPenney, and about treating customers with
the utmost respect. My prayers go out to her family and many
friends. She will be missed.
