Ollie Cook Shelton Tweed, 72, of Shelton Laurel, NC went to spend Christmas with Jesus on December 21, 2016.
Her passions were poodles, singing for the Lord, and her grandchildren (Koley, Kameron and Kade Gentry, Kyenne, Kyleigh and Kyndell Wright, Stormy Thomas and Lexi Lynn Pate, Levi and Andrea Shelton).
She was a loving mother to many children besides her own as she was a teacher’s aide and bus driver for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Tweed, three daughters, Kim (Tim) Pate, Paula (Dave) Thomas, and Jackie (Larry) Wright, a stepdaughter, Edna Jean (Matthew) Shelton, her mother, Lorene Cook and two sisters, Shirley (JA) Griffin and Reva (Doyle) Cutshall and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her children’s father, Jimmy Joe Shelton and her father, GW Cook.
We will miss her laughter always.
There will be Memorial Service on Sunday, January 8th at 10:00 a.m. as part of the morning service at Middle Laurel Church of God.
