Debbie, Jess was a good man and a true friend and cousin . He will be missed by everyone who knew him .I especially will miss his quirks and quotes on Facebook . Please except my condolences at this most difficult time. We love you, and please take care.
So sad to hear this news. I had the pleasure of working with Jess when he worked in the Core Communications office at Randolph AFB. Although we were not close friends, we stayed in contact through the years via Facebook. We will be keeping Betty and the rest of the family I our prayers.

Jess loved his God, his family, and his country. He was a
patriot for all three. That's why many of us believe he has a
place reserved in heaven for all patriots! (from a long ago
Goose Bay HS friend)
Debbie: My deepest sympathies go out to you. Jess was a
fine man who served his country with honor. We all shared so
many fun times together back at Andrews AFB, San Antonio,
and even in TN. Jess was always up for a long car ride and
always seemed to enjoy touring us around on my visits. I'm
thinking of you and your family this week and will continue to
keep you in my thoughts and prayers in the days and months
ahead.
