Mrs. Peggy Ann Franklin, age 91, Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Four Oak Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Franklin was born in Mendon, West Virginia and daughter of the late Lloyd Mahaffey & Bonnie Cawood Sproles. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Franklin.
Graveside services will be conducted 5:00 pm Friday, August 5, 2016 at Fairview Cemetery with Minister Randle Johnson officiating.

Peggy was my Aunt on my dad Danny Mahaffey side-
What a beautiful smile - and heart
I remember her kindness and love, we loved
looking through jewelry - we both loved
sparkles. I have such happy and fond memories of
"Peg" as my dad would call her - what a treasure
we were blessed with in our family.
She will be missed dearly but always in my heart.
