Mr. Willie Greene, age 74, Limestone, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Lakebridge Healthcare Center.
Mr. Greene was born in Washington County, Tennessee and son of the late Lonnie and Mary Ruth Greene. In addition to his parents, he was also proceeded in death by a brother, Sammy Ray Greene.
Mr. Greene was of the Baptist faith.
He loved NASCAR.
Survivors include his children, Willie Greene Jr., Pamela Greene Casey, Kimberly Greene Lewis, and Heather Thompson; step-son, Michael Trinkle; grandchildren, Jason Greene, Amanda Greene, and Bobby Casey, Jessica Lewis, and Rebecca Lewis; great-grandchildren, Kendell Casey, Trinity Greene, Colton Casey, and Ava Greene; sisters Thelma Jean Ayers and Sylvia Hutton; brother, Grady D. Hughes, and ex-wife, Thelma Sue Greene.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:30 PM, Friday, July 15, 2016 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 â€" 3:30 PM Friday prior to the service. Graveside services will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be chosen form the family.
