Mrs. Barbara Roe, age 76, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Roe was born in Greene County and daughter of the late Daniel “Buck” & Nellie Fellers McCoy. She was also preceded in death her husband, Beryl Eugene Roe, Sr. brothers, Glen Walter, Junior Kenneth McCoy and a sister, Gay Mitchell.
She was a member of Jonesborough Church of God.
Mrs. Roe retired from Burlington Industries.
Survivors include a son, Beryl Roe, Jonesborough; daughter, Kathy Ward, Jonesborough; one brother, Charles McCoy, Knoxville; sister, Reba Green, Knoxville; grandchildren, Rebekah Forney, Cathryn Gayle Roe, Brandon Charles Roe, Elizabeth Ann Roe and Lindsey Brooke Shreve; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchildren; one beloved Chihuahua, Tiny.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Horse Creek Church of God Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Merritt and Pastor Michael Lusk officiating.
Pallbearers will be conducted family & friends.

there for you all. We pastor the edgemont church of God in
Newport and won't be able to get away on Sunday. Our
