Mr. Jack Richard Lowe, age 91, Johnson City, passed away at NHC Healthcare Thursday April 14, 2016.
Mr. Lowe was a native of Washington County, the son of the late Lawson W. and Mary Ena Lowe. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Carmen P. Lowe , four Brothers, and four sisters.
Mr. Lowe was a retired WW II US Navy Veteran. He retired from Pet Diary after 43 years of service.
He was a member of Unaka Ave. Baptist Church in Johnson City where he attended many years.
Survivors include his son Michael D. Lowe of Elizabethton, Granddaughter, Kristin Shepherd, (Eric), Grandson, Jackson Lowe, (Cassi), four Great Grandsons, Kaleb Lowe, Landon Shepherd, Jayce Lowe, Draven Townsend, one brother, Lawson Lowe Jr.,(Ethel) of Knoxville, several nieces and nephews, and second wife Betty B. Lowe.
A visitation to celebrate the life of Mr. Lowe will be held from 2 pm till 4 pm Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home in Jonesborough
The family would like to thank the staff of NHC Heathcare and Rehabilitation Center and Caris Hospice for their Care and Compassion shown to Mr. Lowe.
