Mr. David Lee Pendergrass, Sr. age 48, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Johnson County Community Hospital.
Mr. Pendergrass was born in Bristol, TN and son of the late Ralph & Billie Jo Rosenbaum Pendergrass.
He worked for Harmon Recycling in Elizabethton.
Survivors include a son, David Lee Pendergrass, Jr.; brothers, Ralph Pendergrass, Michael Pendergrass and Billy Pendergrass.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Lee Pendergrass, Jr., Billy Pendergrass, Ralph Pendergrass, Steven Malone, Michael Thomason and Joseph Arp.

I will not be able to attend the service because
of work but wanted to send my condolences to the
whole family. Knowing David for over 40 years has
been a blessing. The whole family is in my
prayers.
I am saddened to hear of David's passing. We had some great
times together growing up during the summers. I know God
has a purpose for all things and I pray that He brings the family
and friends comfort and peace in this difficult time.
