Mr. Robert D. Craig, age 73, Limestone, passed away Friday December 11, 2015 at Durham-Hensley Nursing Home.
Mr. Craig was a native of Chillicothe Ohio, and the son of the late Robert Cyrus and Martha Grace Davis Craig. He was also preceded in death by a brother Hubbard Smyth.
Robert was of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Craig was a United States Air Force Veteran.
Survivors include a sister, Melinda Craig Wood and her husband Gene, FL, a brother William P. Craig and wife Evelyn, FL, a step-brother Tom Smyth, AL; and caregivers and extended family, Frank and Judy Arthur, Tammy and Artie White, and Kim and Blue Kiplinger and children.
The family would like to thank the staff of John Reed Nursing Home, Durham-Hensley Nursing Home, Amedisys Hospice and Christen Rosenberg for their loving care.
Graveside Services will be conducted 2:30 pm Monday, December 21, 2015 at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Hospice Chaplain, David Snyder officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Boone Dam Post 4933.
Pallbearers will be Frank Arthur, Tony Forbes, Blue Keplinger, Artie White, Josh Saults and Jeremy Bishop. Honorary pallbearer will be Dan Jenkins.
