Mr. Wallace Eddie “Rico” Laws, age 68, Johnson City, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Laws was born in Washington County and son of the late Edgar & Texie Dunbar Laws. He was also preceded in death by a brother, David Laws.
He enjoyed old cars, hot rods and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He loved music and for years played in a band.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Barr Laws, Johnson City; daughters, Missy Hill (Shannon), Tina Laws and Amber Kent; grandchildren, Tyler Hill, Tristan Hill, McKenna Hill and Savanna Kent; sister, Mildred Snapp (Brother) and Doris Bowles; and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Dykes officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Friday prior to the service.
Interment services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Oakland Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Steve Good, Shannon Hill, Chad Barr, Ronnie Snapp, Tyler Hill and Tristan Hill.
