Mr. Clinton Alan Mathis, age 54, Limestone, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Mathis was born in La Plata, MD and son of Walter Mathis (Teresa), Jonesborough and the late Opal June Casey Mathis.
He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
In addition to his father, survivors include a sister, Debbie Gardner (Ed) NC; brothers, William Ricky Mathis, VA and Victor Lynn Mathis, Limestone; aunt, Linda Tolley, Erwin; uncles, Carlos Casey, Jonesborough, Richard Casey and Bobby Casey, both of Erwin;
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the Mountain Home National Cemetery. Friends are requested to meet at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home 12:00 pm Tuesday prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
