Mrs. Nellie Hannabas, age 67, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Hannabas was born in Limestone, TN and daughter of the late Searle “Bill” & Mary Martin Keys. She was also preceded in death by a son, Robby Hannabas, two brothers, Jimmy Keys and Frank Keys and a sister, Martha Bales.
She graduated from ETSU with Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She retired from the Washington County/Jonesborough Library.
Mrs. Hannabas enjoyed music, reading, gardening and most of all, loved her family.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Bob Hannabas, Jonesborough; three brothers, Danny Keys, Bit Keys (Rita) and Joe Keys (Nancy); and a sister, Parris Bemben (Chuck).
It was Nellie’s wishes that there be no services.
