My family and I send our condolences to the Crowell family. RIP Marlene.
I worked with Marlene at the DHS in Kingsport. I remember her proudest moment was bringing Carmen to the office to show her off. Marlene was always so thoughtful and true joy to work with. I know she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. My sincere prayers and thoughts are with you.
My condolences to the entire family -
