Mrs. Mary Decker, age 66, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Decker was born in Unicoi County and daughter of the late William Ray & Eva Mae Fanning Cooper. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Ayers and a grandchild, Arianna Ayers.
She was a member of Southside Freewill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Decker was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmie Decker, Johnson City; step-children, Tim Decker, Jonesborough, Joe Decker, Bluff City and Tammy Clark, Greeneville; daughter-in-law, Billie Ayers, Erwin; brother, Ray Ellis Cooper, Erwin; grandchildren, Destany Ayers, Breanna Clark, Jeremy Clark, Hannah Decker, Abigail Decker, Kara Decker, Wyatt Decker and Audrey Decker.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Southside Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Laws officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm Monday prior to the service. Interment services will follow at Seviers Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
