Mrs. Winifred Jane Black, age 91, Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, VA.
Mrs. Black was born in Eolia, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Willie Arvil & Elizabeth Jane Fannon Mullins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Andrew Black.
She was a member of Jonesborough United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Jacqueline Nagle, two nieces, the Rev. Dr. Jewell Ann Parton and Dr. Elizabeth Nagle, a nephew Michael Nagle, and several great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Jewell Ann Parton officiating.
