I will always remember Alice as a beautiful
person, inside and out. She and J.D. were close
neighbors and helped to "raise" all of us
neighborhood kids. Her love and dedication to
J.D. and then to Opie were exemplary. She lived
a life of service to people and to her
Jonesborough Presbyterian Church. She baked the
best chocolate cream pies I ever tasted, and
worked tirelessly at every church event. God
gave us an angel when he put Alice in our lives
. .. I speak for Angie, Frank and me and for
Rob Hash.
