Mr. Robert “Bob” Majors, age 83, Johnson City, passed away Monday April 6, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Majors was a native of Chicago, IL and the son of the late Charles and Lydia Morson Majors. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Axie Mae Riddle Majors and his second wife Elizabeth Gray Majors.
Mr. Majors was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He retired as a window washer.
Survivors include a brother Charles Major Jr., a nephew, and a special friend Ruth McPeck.
Funeral services will be Saturday April 11, 2015 1:00 PM at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Morgan officiating. Receiving of friends will be 12:00-1:00 PM prior to the service. Graveside will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be friends.
