Mrs. Alice McCloud, age 79, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Lakebridge Healthcare Center.
Mrs. McCloud was born in Clintwood, VA and was the daughter of the late Grady and Grace Baker Fleming. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford McCloud, a daughter Karen McCloud, a granddaughter Erin McCloud Privette, and three brothers.
Mrs. McCloud was of the Baptist Faith.
Mrs. McCloud retired as an LPN.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Beverly McCloud, grandchildren, Megan McCloud Powers and husband Kelly and Caitlin McCloud, great-grandchildren Haley, Hannah, Abigail Privette, Elijah McCloud and Kendall Powers; a grandson-in-law, Geoff Privette and wife Jeannie; two sisters, Helen Linkous and Rosemary Baughman and husband Ken; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Brother Ed Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM prior to service.
Interment services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday April 8, 2015 at East Tennessee Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Kelly Powers, Geoff Privette, Jon Webb, Dr. Steve Smith, John Elsea, and Michael Garland.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Continuum Court Yard, Lakebridge Health Care and Caris Hospice.

Aunt Alice made the best strawberry pie ever and
always let me play on her piano. Even though I did
not get to see her I thought of her often. She was
the best aunt a kid could ask for. RIP Aunt Alice.
