Mr. Thomas A. Dyer, age 57, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015.
Mr. Dyer was born in Livonia, Michigan and son of Mary Ellen Holstad, Spring Hill, FL and the late Bobbie Lynn Dyer. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Dyer, maternal grandparents, Emma & Oliver Broman and paternal grandparents, Della & James Dyer.
He was of the Presbyterian faith.
Mr. Dyer was a member of the Tri-City Bass Club and an avid Detroit Redwings fan.
Survivors include a son, Arron Nicholas Dyer, Shaftsburg, MI; brother and sister-in-law, Keith & Linda Dyer, Jonesborough; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Cindy & Steve Prince and Kimberly & Randy Sexton, all of Jonesborough; long-time girlfriend, Cindy Sawyer, Jonesborough; step-mother, Linda-Baur Dyer, Jonesborough; step-father, Richard Holstad; and several nieces, cousins and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be conducted 6:00 PM Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Jonesborough United Methodist Church with Rev. Mack Turner officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00-6:00 PM Friday prior to the service.
