Dearest Bill Mitchell, you were Dad's very best friend, more a brother than a nephew. You've been a member of our family all our lives, since I was a small child. You stood with us, by Dad's bedside, on that emotional night as we all told stories of how wonderful Dad had been and watched as he passed away to the Other Side. We are truly forever indebted to you for the love, compassion and friendship you showed him during his terminal illness. You have always been a member of our family and we love you. We know that you are with Dad and Mom now, in Heaven, drinking coffee and talking about everything under the sun, as always. We Cogar Kids will miss you. Rest in Peace, our brother.
Billy, I will miss you and am so glad that We were able to get together a few times these last few months. You will always be in my heart and memories.
I know you are with the Angels now and are at Peace.
All my Love,
Your cuz. Janie

Thoughts and prayers to family and friends.
I will miss Bill so much. I can still see him sitting at my parent's kitchen table having coffee with them all those years. As my dad would say "he was good people." If there is coffee in heaven, I'm sure they are all having some together.
