Mr. Arthur Fred Keim, Jr., age 72, Limestone, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Keim was born in Belleville, Illinois and son of the late Arthur Keim, Sr. & Irene Kuhn Keim.
He was a member of Liberty Fellowship Baptist Church in Johnson City.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was a sheet metal fabricator and a member of the Union of Sheet Metal Workers Local 268 in Caseyville, IL.
Mr. Keim was a Stock Car Racer. He raced at Belle Claire Speedway. He was runner-up for the 1962-1963 season at Highland Speedway in Illinois.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Saam, Limestone; two daughters and sons-in-law, Aimee & Duane Crouch, Concord, NC and Jonel & Garrett Neely, Gainesville, FL; grandchildren, Abby Crouch, Madeline Crouch, Gwendolyn Crouch and Kahlie Keim; great-grandson, Adrien Crouch; and one brother and sister-in-law, Tom & Beverly Keim, Springfield, IL.
Memorial services will be conducted 6:30 PM Friday, December 5, 2014 at Liberty Fellowship Baptist Church with Pastor Dan Forster officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Liberty Fellowship Baptist Church 1011 E. Holston Ave. Johnson City, TN 37601.
