Mrs. Judenia “Judy” Foster, age 73, Jonesborough, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 3, 2014 at her residence.
Mrs. Foster was born in Washington County and daughter of the late Doll & Pearl Lloyd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Foster, two sisters and one brother.
She was a member of First Church of God. She was a very dear and loving mother, grandmother and sister. Judy’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her son, David Foster and wife, Debbie; daughter, Joyce Estep and husband, Marty; a very special grandson, Devin Foster; two sisters, Dorothy Canada and husband Doil, and Adell Copp; brother Tex Lloyd and wife Shirley; brother-in-law, Roy Foster and wife Margie; along with extended family and friends.
A special thank you to Dr. Phillip W. Jones, hospice nurses and church members for their extra caring and support.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:30 PM Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Ron McEwen officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 PM Thursday prior to the service. Interment will follow at Telford Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
