Mr. Walter Blaine Crawford, age 78, Fall Branch, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mr. Crawford was born in Washington County and son of the late Robert O. & Ida Mae Archer Crawford. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Gene Crawford and nephew, Michael Crawford.
He was of the Christian faith.
Mr. Crawford retired from Holston Defense and was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Privette Crawford, Fall Branch; children, Sherry Blevins and Brian Crawford; grandson, Joshua Blevins and wife, April; granddaughter, Maren Hudson and husband, Carl; great-grandchildren, Scarlett and Shaun Blevins; siblings, Ray, Lee, Clyde Crawford and Hazel Malone; several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 PM Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Fall Branch Church of Christ Cemetery with family officiating.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
