Mrs. Betty Lou Reed Young, age 74, Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at the Four Oaks Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Young was born in Washington County and daughter of the late William Milburn & Hattie Mae (Hice) Reed. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Beverly Edward “Sonny” Young, four brothers and four sisters.
She attended Jonesborough Church of God. She loved flowers, Hummingbirds, sending cards and watching HSN (Home Shopping Network).
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Marie Berkheimer, Greeneville; sister, Lorena Broyles, Limestone; granddaughter, Stephanie Ann Gordon (Robbie), Alabama; great-granddaughter, Hanna Gordon, Alabama; special friend, Josh Wilson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, October 31, 2014 at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. David Reece officiating.
