Mrs. Anna Jean Walker, age 75, Jonesborough passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Walker was born in Carter County but had lived with her son, Michael in Jonesborough for the past ten years. She was a daughter of the late Ray & Jane Phipps Norris. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Donna Walker and one son, Ricky Walker, and two brothers.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Walker was a Homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Michael Walker, Jonesborough; one grandson, Michael R. Walker II, Quarryville, Pennsylvania; granddaughter, Diamond Walker, Damascus, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.
