Mrs. Wanda Jean Sells Dean, age 78, Johnson City, passed away Friday September 19, 2014 at Christian Care Center, Johnson City.
Mrs. Dean was a native of Washington County TN and the daughter of the late Jess and Bertie Ruth Carter Sells. She was also preceded in death by her husband Frank Dean; and one brother Robert Sells.
Mrs. Dean was a member of Second Baptist Church in Jonesborough. She loved her church and she loved going to church.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ruth and Kenneth Draper; two grandsons, Eric Draper and wife Cristal and Andrew Draper and wife April; three great grandchildren Nickolas Draper, Jaylen Malone and Isaiah Draper, one brother Ralph Sells; sisters and brothers-in-law Shirley Lilly, Kathryn Flincham and husband Lloyd, Joe Dean and wife Martha.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dean will be will Tuesday September 23, 2014 2:00 PM at Second Baptist Church, Jonesborough with Pastor Brian Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Washington County Memory Garden. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday September 22, 2014 at Dillow- Taylor Funeral Home.
