Ms. Hazel Silvers, 66, Jonesborough, passed away Friday August 8, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Ms. Silvers was a native of Mars Hill N.C. and the daughter of Marjorie Riddle Silvers, Jonesborough and the late Austin Silvers. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister Vivian Rigsby.
Survivors in addition to her mother include one son Steve Silvers, Greeneville, grandchildren, Amanda Silvers and Alexis Silvers, great grandchildren, Ian Silvers and Rachel Silvers; four sisters, Sevella Bishop, Johnson City, Sue Silvers, Janette Silvers, both of Jonesborough, and Wanda Shell(Ronnie) ,Limestone; one brother Jay Silvers (Brenda)Jonesborough; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Silvers will be Monday August 11, 2014, 1:00PM at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Reece officiating. Graveside services will follow at Washington County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Shell, David Silvers, Steven Owens, Cody Silvers, and William Davis.
