Mr. Bill L. Lones, 71, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday July, 20, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital.
He was a native of Washington County the son of the late Andrew and Eva Conner Lones. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Herman, and Jim Lones.
Mr. Lones was retired having worked for Burlington Industries and Leon Fernbach several years ago.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his son Tim Lones, Jonesborough, one sister Betty Lones, Virginia, one brother, Bob Lones, Cleveland Tenn., and friend and partner Sharon Wallace, Jonesborough.
Graveside services will be held for Mr. Lones on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 11:00 am at Cherry Grove Cemetery with Rev. Ron Thompson officiating. The family request all friends and family meet at the cemetery just before 11 am.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
