Mrs. Phyllis Ann Baines Cutshall-Crowder, age 74, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the Appalachian Christian Village.
Mrs. Crowder was born in Washington County and daughter of the late Delbert & Doris Adams Baines. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Cutshall and two brothers, Jerry Baines and Donnie Baines.
She attended Hawthorne Church of the Brethren.
Survivors include her daughters, Leisa Cutshall-Honeycutt and husband, Norman, Darlene Cutshall-Ford and Angie Cutshall-Fox and husband, Jeff; six grandchildren, Anthony Ford, Ashley Ford-Rhymer and fiancé Kevin Kemp, Matthew Fox and wife Morgan, Jeffrey Fox, April Ford & fiancé, Roy Greer and Heather Honeycutt and boyfriend, Taylor Moorefield; five great-grandchildren, Makayla & Kamryn Rhymer, Madison Fox and April’s baby on the way, Kole Kemp, all of Elizabethton; and one brother, J.L. Baines, Sulphur Springs.
The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 PM Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Oakland Cemetery with Mr. James Ward officiating.
Pallbearers will be family.
