Mr. James E. Howell, age 80, Jonesborough, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Howell was the son of the late John Howell. Survivors include a sister, Betty Jean Howell and many friends. Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Maple Lawn Cemetery with Mr. Charles Church officiating. Pallbearers will be friends.
