Mrs. Louise Loyd White, age 93, Jonesborough, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 at her residence.
Mrs. White was a native of Washington County, TN and the daughter of the late Emery and Lennie Kent Loyd. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Chester White and brothers, John Loyd, Walter Loyd, and Ray Loyd.
Mrs. White was a member of Telford Baptist Church.
Mrs. White graduated from Washington College Academy.
She was also co-owner of White’s Auto Parts in Jonesborough.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Jewell White and Kyle and Beverly White; two granddaughters, Patti White and friend Jerry Davis, and Rhonda Hammond; great grandchildren, Tommy Trobough (Akita), Brittany Atkins and fiancé Jeremy Aldidge, Shane Atkins, and Kristen Lupori ( Keagan); great great grandchildren, Maggie, Brayln, Kyle, James, Alexis, Emma; and her dog Reno.
Graveside services for Mrs. White will be held Wednesday July 2, 2014 10:00AM at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Jeremy Dykes officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary Pallbearer will be Dr. James Mahoney.
